KI-Kaltakquise

Hi — is this Dave? You weren't expecting my call, and we've never spoken before. Can I take thirty seconds to tell you why I'm calling, and then you decide?

Der Grund, mit Website-Aufhänger

Der Aufhänger kommt aus den Lead-Daten. Hier: Betrieb ohne Website auf dem Google-Eintrag.

I'm Alex — we build websites and automation for plumbing businesses, the stuff that saves you time. I was looking you up, and there's no website on your Google listing at all. That's the reason I called.

Yeah — I'm Alex, Atakan's assistant. AI, to be straight with you. Which is half of why I'm calling: this is what he builds. I'm the part that answers when you're up a ladder. The other part is the hand-work — the same quote typed twice, the same invoice chased, hours somebody's paid for every week. Which one's worse for you?

Course — Atakan's actually right here, he's been listening in. One second and I'll put him on.

"Ich will einen Menschen" — niemand da

Derselbe Wunsch, keine Aufsicht.

Totally fair. He's not sat next to me this second — what's the best number and time for him to ring you back?

Das Gespräch

Diagnose, Rechnung, Angebot, Preise

Diagnosefrage: Wie finden Kunden Sie?

Die wichtigste Zeile im Anruf. Danach schweigt er, bis geantwortet wird.

How are people finding you right now?

Different question then: what's the thing in your week that eats the most time?

Okay — twenty a month. If even a couple of the people who look you up are bouncing because there's nothing to land on, the site pays for itself in a month. That's the only reason I called.

Angebot mit Risikoumkehr

Erst wird gebaut, dann bezahlt. Kein Vertrag.

Here's how it works: Atakan builds you a first version and shows it to you before you pay anything. No contract, nothing signed. If it's not better than what you've got, you say so and we're done. We'd rather show you than describe it.

There's one more thing. He does a handful of these at five hundred instead of a thousand — the fifty a month stays the same — if you'll record him a short video afterwards saying what you thought. Two minutes on your phone. No script, and you say what you actually think.

Was kostet die Automatisierung?

13-20 % der Ersparnis des ERSTEN Jahres. Ab Jahr zwei behält der Betrieb alles. Eine Endzahl nennt nur Atakan.

It's priced off what it saves you. Atakan works out what doing it by hand costs you over a year — the hours, and what that time is worth — and the build is thirteen to twenty per cent of that. So you keep the rest in year one, and all of it from then on. There's room to move on the number, but that's his call, not mine.

Einwände

jeder genau einmal

Einwand: "Kein Interesse"

Fair enough — most people say that before they know what it costs. One thing: when someone finds you on Google right now, where do they land?

Einwand: "Schicken Sie mir was"

Happy to — though an email from someone you don't know goes straight in the bin, and I'd rather not waste your time. It's fifteen minutes with Atakan and he'll show you what he'd actually build for Miller Plumbing & Heating. Thursday morning or afternoon?

Einwand: "Was kostet das?"

Sofort beantworten.

Fair question — a thousand up front and fifty a month for the domain, hosting and upkeep, depending on the size of the site and whether you want the booking automation. Fixed number before we start, no hourly billing. And the first version you see costs nothing.

Fair enough, and I'm not going to argue you out of your own budget. Before you decide though — there's a version of this that costs half.

Good — that's the position to be in, and I'm not going to try and sell you more work. Different angle then: when you're that busy, what's the part of the week that eats time without earning anything? Same quote typed twice, chasing an invoice, ringing people back.

Good — then that's off the table. Different question: what's the thing in your week that eats the most time? Most people I talk to say it's answering the same questions forty times, or chasing paperwork. That's the other half of what we build.

Good, you're ahead of most. Is he keeping it updated, or did it get built once and then go quiet?

Einwand: "Gerade keine Zeit"

Kein Nein.

Of course — when's better, later today or tomorrow morning?

"Woher haben Sie meine Nummer?"

Ehrliche Antwort plus ungefragtes Abmelde-Angebot. Genau hier entstehen sonst TCPA-Klagen.

You're listed on Google Maps for Charlotte — that's where I found you. If you'd rather be off my list, say the word and you're off it for good.

Der Abschluss

Zeiten aus dem echten Kalender

Terminabschluss

He's got Thursday at ten, or Friday just after lunch. Which suits you better?
