Our services are offered exclusively to businesses and professionals acting in their commercial or independent professional capacity (B2B) — not to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB or comparable consumer-protection law. Statutory consumer rights of withdrawal do not apply.
TEAM Gold LLC provides appointment setting and sales support services. The specific scope of services will be agreed upon individually with each client prior to engagement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TEAM Gold LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TEAM Gold LLC, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction. This choice of law does not affect any mandatory statutory provisions of the country in which a client is based that cannot be excluded by agreement.
