Every job starts with a free inspection and ends with a photo report. In between, a written price that does not change unless you approve it.

Full tear-off down to the deck, decking repairs where needed, new underlayment, shingles, flashing and ridge vent. Most homes are done in one or two days.

Missing shingles, lifted flashing, a cracked pipe boot. We find where the water really gets in, which is often not right above the stain.

A free inspection with photos of every hit we find. If you file a claim, we can meet your adjuster on the roof and walk them through the photos.

Seamless gutters sized for Texas downpours, guards where trees drop a lot, downspouts that send water away from the foundation.

Ridge vents, soffit intake and the balance between them. A well-vented attic can be far cooler in August and helps shingles last.
How it is built

The structure. We check every rafter we can see from the attic for rot, cracks and sagging before anything goes on top.
Plywood or OSB sheets nailed to the rafters. Soft or water-stained boards get replaced and listed on your invoice with a photo.
A water-resistant layer over the whole deck. It is the second line of defense when wind lifts a shingle.
A self-sealing membrane at eaves, valleys and around penetrations, where water collects and runs slowest.
Laid in overlapping courses from the eave up, each one covering the nails of the course below. Six nails per shingle in high-wind areas.
Caps the peak and lets hot attic air escape. Good ventilation keeps the attic cooler in a Texas summer and the shingles from baking.
