Who I am

Before I wrote code, I sold online.

A few years of e-commerce, affiliate marketing, a YouTube channel. That is where I learned how to get someone's attention and turn it into a paying customer, long before I could write a line of code.

Around 20 I started learning to code, at first alongside that work. At 22 I moved to Egypt and shifted fully to software: freelance client work first, then the acquisition systems for my own business, Team Gold. Cold-calling CRM, AI voice calling, email outreach. Most of what I have built came about that way: because a real workflow needed it.

Technical diploma in metal engineering, no university. What replaced it: building things, watching them break in production, fixing them. Independent since 2023, about three years of development.

How I work

"It works" is a claim until tests and reproducible evidence back it.

I direct AI coding agents with clear specifications and hard guardrails. Anything that costs money or acts on the outside world stops and asks a human. That applies to my own systems and to the ones I build for clients.

Which is why this site shows verification figures instead of promises — and says so where something is not proven yet. A validated blueprint is not the same as a flow that has run in production, and treating them as one sells a claim.

What I have built

25 systems in total, two of them public and live. The full list, including what was hard about each: See the portfolio · GitHub

Where this is going

Build, prove, get paid. In that order.

  1. 0 to 3 months

Sharpen positioning and offer, run consistent outreach, win the first serious pilot projects.

  2. 3 to 6 months

Turn pilots into paid work, collect testimonials and case studies.

  3. 6 to 9 months

Find repeatable problems, deepen customer relationships, improve delivery.

  4. 9 to 12 months

An honest annual review: what works economically, what does not, what should scale.
