Services

Eight routines that run themselves. And the door to them.

Missed calls, open quotes, reviews, appointments — the things that fall through the day, because nobody can do them while they are working. 4 of them are built and verified; for those you can watch the real flow run below.

Automation.

This is the product: everything in your week that runs itself afterwards. We build each of these eight on its own, with no new software for you to operate. What it costs depends on what we build together: you get a number before anything starts, in writing. Where a flow is already built and verified, it sits below and runs as you scroll — where it is not, there is text. That is the difference between proof and offer, and it should be visible.

  • Missed calls

A caller who gets no answer gets a message in seconds. The call is in the CRM, you get an alert.

    1. Call missed
    2. Text + CRM
    3. Alert to you

You are on a site, in a treatment room, in a conversation. The phone rings four times and goes quiet, and the caller dials the next name on the list. With this automation they get a short message in your tone within seconds, the call lands in the CRM with a timestamp, and you see on your phone who to call back. No robot on the line, no AI speaking for you.

    1. 17:40:00

      Incoming call · +1 (480) 555 0142

    2. 17:40:22

    4. 17:40:44

  • Online booking

The customer picks a slot. It lands in your calendar, no callback, no notepad.

    1. Website
    2. Calendar
    3. Confirmation

On the website, via a link in the text, or from the confirmation email: the customer sees your free times and books. The appointment lands in the calendar you already use, with a confirmation to both sides. You stop chasing appointments by phone.

  • Voice agent

Answers when you cannot. Asks name, matter, number to call back, and passes it on to you.

    1. Call
    2. Details
    3. To you

For the hours when nobody can pick up: an agent answers, says plainly that it is not a person, takes the name, the matter and a number to call back, and passes it all on to you. It sells nothing and promises nothing. It makes sure the call is not lost.

  • Review requests

Job done, invoice out: the customer gets a link to Google. Once, politely.

    1. Job done
    2. Message
    3. Review

Happy customers rarely leave a review on their own. After the job is done, the customer gets one message with the direct link to your Google profile, once, at the right moment. Whoever has already reviewed gets nothing.

Sample data, the names are invented. Real: the flow, the steps and the verification figures.

  • Quote follow-up

A quote with no answer gets a follow-up after three days. On its own, in your tone.

    1. Quote
    2. 3 days
    3. Follow-up

The quote goes out and then nothing happens, because nobody in the day-to-day has time to ask. The automation remembers every open quote and follows up after a set interval, with a sentence you approved beforehand. When the customer answers, it stops.

    1. Mon 11:05

  • Reminders

A message to the customer the day before. Fewer appointments that fall through.

    1. Appointment
    2. Reminder
    3. Confirmed

A no-show costs the hour and the drive. The reminder goes out the day before, with time and address; the customer confirms or reschedules with one word. You know in the morning who is coming.

  • Intake on the phone

The six questions you ask every caller: asked once, written down, in the CRM.

    1. Call
    2. 6 questions
    3. Note

Every business asks every new caller the same questions: what, where, when, how urgent, how to reach you, how did you find us. The automation asks them once, writes the answers down and files them cleanly in the CRM. You read for ten seconds instead of talking for five minutes.

  • The weekly figure

Monday morning, one number: jobs, calls, where the work came from. Nobody counts.

    1. Week
    2. Figure
    3. To you

Once a week, one short message: how many calls, how many enquiries, how many appointments, and which way they came in. No software to log into, no dashboard. One figure you read while the coffee runs.

How we work.

One call, one draft, one round of feedback. Then we build, and it runs.

30 minutes. We learn about your business, your customers and what you want the website to do.

  2. Design and Copy

We draft the design and write all the texts in your tone of voice. You give feedback in one round.

  3. Build and Launch

We build, test on every device and launch on your domain. SEO and Google Business set up from day one.

  4. Grow and Care

Monthly hosting and care plan. Updates, backups, content changes — you focus on customers, we handle the rest.

Which of these is missing at your place?
