Rosa wrote every price on paper before the first wrench turned. That notepad is now a tablet, the rule stayed.

Nobody likes a surprise on a plumbing bill.
Before Copperline, Rosa worked for a company that quoted by the hour and rounded up. Customers called the office angry, and she was the one who had to explain. So the first rule of her own company was simple: diagnose, write the price down, then work.
