Five people, one van each.

Every plumber on the team is licensed in Texas. Whoever comes to you is the one who does the work, and the one you can call afterwards.

Rosa Garza

Master plumber, owner

Started Copperline in 2011 with one van. Still does the estimates on repipes herself, because that is where a wrong guess costs the customer most.

Journeyman, leaks and repipes

Reads a thermal image the way other people read a map. Patches his own openings before he leaves.

Journeyman, water heaters

Has taken apart more tankless units than anyone on the team. Will tell you when a flush is all you need.

Drains and sewer

Runs the camera and the jetter. Saves every recording, so you can show it to your insurer.

Office and dispatch

The voice on the phone. Knows where every van is and gives you a real arrival window, not a whole day.

T-02Apprentices

Apprentices ride along for their first year and never work alone on gas or water heaters before they hold their license.
