Q-01Questions

About the money.

Why is there a diagnosis fee?

Finding the cause is real work, sometimes the larger part of it. If you go ahead with the repair, the $89 is credited in full.

What does after-hours cost?

Evenings, Sundays and holidays add a flat $120 to the visit. We tell you before we drive, not on the invoice.

Can the price change once you start?

Only if we find something new, and then we stop, show you, and write a new price before we continue.

How do I pay?

Card, check or bank transfer after the work is done and you have checked it.

C-01Drip calculator

Is the small drip worth a visit?

30

Count the drops for 15 seconds and multiply by four. That is close enough.

Per day
Per month
Per year

Assumption: 20,000 drips make one gallon (about 0.19 ml per drip). Drop size depends on the faucet, so treat this as an estimate, not a measurement.
