S-00Services

Six kinds of work. One order of steps.

Find the cause, write down the price, fix it, test it. That order does not change between a dripping tap and a new sewer line.

S-01from $189

Leak detection and repair

Damp drywall, a meter that keeps spinning, a bill that jumped. We isolate the line, test with pressure and thermal imaging, then open only where the leak is.

  • Pressure test per line
  • Thermal camera
  • Small opening, patched after

Drain cleaning

Slow sinks, a gurgling toilet, water in the shower that will not leave. We clear the line with a cable or a water jet and show you the camera footage of what was in there.

  • Cable or hydro jetting
  • Camera footage for you
  • Advice on what not to flush

Water heaters

Tank or tankless, gas or electric. We repair when repair makes sense and tell you plainly when a twelve year old tank is not worth another part.

  • Tank and tankless
  • Haul-away of the old unit
  • Flush and anode check

Faucets, toilets and fixtures

A dripping tap, a running toilet, a new vanity. Small jobs get the same care: the right part, sealed properly, tested before we leave.

  • Faucets and cartridges
  • Toilet repair and install
  • Garbage disposals

Repiping

Old galvanized lines rust from the inside and lose pressure. We replace them with copper or PEX, room by room, and keep water on for you every evening.

  • Copper or PEX
  • Water on overnight
  • Drywall patched after

Request this

Copper pipe held in a bench vise

Sewer lines

Tree roots, a sagging line, a backup in the yard. We run a camera first, mark the spot on the surface and only dig where the problem is.

  • Camera inspection
  • Locating from the surface
  • Spot repair or new line

P-01Pipe plan

Not sure which one it is?

Main shutoff

Where the city line enters. If water is going where it should not, this is the valve that stops it.

What usually goes wrong

  • Valve seized or stiff
  • Drip at the stem
  • Nobody knows where it is
