On the website, via a link in the text, or from the confirmation email: the customer sees your free times and books. The appointment lands in the calendar you already use, with a confirmation to both sides. You stop chasing appointments by phone.

Common questions
Which calendar do I need?
The one you have. Google, Outlook and Apple are the usual ones; which it is gets settled in the audit beforehand.
Can somebody book a time that does not suit me?
No. Only what you release is bookable — slots, duration, notice and breaks.
What happens with a double booking?
The calendar is the truth: once a slot is taken it disappears from the choices.
