The weekly figure

Monday morning, one number: jobs, calls, where the work came from. Nobody counts.

The problem

You do not know where your work comes from. Not roughly — you genuinely do not know, because nobody counts. Which also means you cannot decide where advertising pays and where the money burns.

Once a week, one short message: how many calls, how many enquiries, how many appointments, and which way they came in. No software to log into, no dashboard. One figure you read while the coffee runs.

How it runs

  1. 1

    Counting runs through the week

Calls, enquiries, appointments, and which route they came in by — from the systems that are running anyway.

  2. 2

    Monday morning a message arrives

Short. No software to log into, no dashboard to open.

  3. 3

The figures sit side by side

This week against last. An outlier stands out without anybody doing arithmetic.

  4. 4

You decide on figures instead of feel

And after a few weeks you can see which route actually brings the work.

Status

This flow is described but not built yet — it stands here as an offer, not as evidence. Four of the eight are built and verified; which ones is on the work page.

Who this is for

  • ·Businesses getting enquiries through several routes
  • ·Anyone running ads who wants to know whether they work

With only a single route in, there is nothing to analyse.

Common questions

Do I have to enter anything?

No. What gets counted is what the running systems already record.

What if a figure is missing?

Then it says it is missing — not zero. Showing an unmeasured quantity as zero would be a false statement.

Can I add my own figures?

Yes, if they exist somewhere machine-readable. Hand-counted things stay out, because nobody maintains them after two weeks.

What it costs

A fixed price after a short audit, in writing beforehand — because the cost depends on what the flow replaces at your place. No hourly rates.
